The children enjoyed a superb end to our topic on our fantastic bodies before Hallowe’en. On the last Friday before our break we boarded the bus to Belfast and headed off to W5.
In W5, the children took part in a workshop all about our bodies. They worked in groups to make skeleton models, position our organs in the correct place and carried out balance and heart rate investigations.
Afterwards we explored the different floors and enjoyed the activities and stations each area had to offer.
It was also Natan’s birthday and we all agreed that it was one of the best ways to celebrate his last birthday in Laghey!
