Growing, harvesting, preparing and sharing!

Today the Eco Council prepared a special dish for the whole school to eat at dinner time. 

Our cauliflowers were ready for picking and we decided to harvest these and prepare them in a special dish. The children know that cooking from the garden promotes healthy eating and they wanted to ensure everyone in Laghey had the chance to sample their magnificent cauliflower cheese dish today.
