Today our P6/7 students have been learning about the significance of Advent in Religion. They have been exploring the symbolism of hope, peace, joy and love and discussed the true meaning of Christmas and the importance of preparing for the season where we celebrate the birth of Jesus.
They combined oil pastels and watercolours to craft beautiful Advent wreaths. Each piece demonstrates the children’s understanding and appreciation of this special time of preparation and reflection.
